Background
During the past 30 year’s Tracey has gained a diverse portfolio of skills and experiences that span across a wide range of focus and sector specific areas, which covers adult and community education, community training, under 16 provision, apprenticeship programmes and community cohesion projects.
Tracey has a proven track record regarding output delivery and strategic management. She has worked with a wide range of partners, local employers and partner organisation such as TNG/Avanta, Ingeus and the DWP on various work focused programmes and projects that have had government funding targets and/or agendas.
Tracey has also worked on numerous educational and health projects and programmes, that have focused on widening participation and promoting health and independence to targeted groups/ethnicities and communities, being a champion for training provision incentives across the East Midlands, offering support to community organisations wishing to access funding and offer training provisions and qualifications, which have included Learndirect, UK online and NVQ/Apprenticeship programmes.
Tracey has also worked alongside a range of companies across multiple sectors that include: Agriculture, Banking, Manufacturing, Education – Telecommunications - Food, Medical and Healthcare and Recycling.
